This 3D video showcases the working process of DOING's latest designed waste oil to diesel distillation production line, which aims to convert various waste oils (such as used engine oil, black oil, old lube oil, etc.) and tire/plastic pyrolysis oil into non-standard diesel products.
The entire waste oil and pyrolysis oil to diesel fuel distillation process mainly includes core stages such as distillation, catalytic reaction, condensation, decolorization, and flue gas treatment:
1. Distillation Stage: The pyrolysis oil is indirectly heated in a vertical reactor using a thermal oil furnace. When the temperature reaches 250-290℃, water and emulsion are separated. Subsequently, a heavy oil burner is used to directly heat the oil to a high temperature, converting it into a gaseous state.
2. Catalytic Reaction Stage: After passing through a buffer tank, the oil gas enters the catalytic chamber, where two solid catalysts A and B (specially developed and manufactured by DOING) work synergistically to remove acidic and alkaline substances and impurities from the oil, improving its stability.
3. Condensation Stage: The high-temperature oil gas is condensed into liquid oil in a shell-and-tube condenser. The non-condensable gas is treated through a water seal and tail gas treatment system, and can be used to heat the waste oil distillation reactor, saving fuel.
4. Decolorization and Purification Stage: The condensed oil passes through a clay decolorization tank, where the clay adsorbs pigments and residual impurities. It is then finely filtered through a leaf filter and a bag filter to obtain a clear, non-standard diesel product. The extracted diesel can meet the fuel needs of industrial boilers, diesel generators, ships, tractors, heavy machinery, etc.
5. Flue Gas Treatment Stage: The flue gas generated during the heating process is treated by a desulfurization and denitrification tower to ensure that pollutant emissions meet environmental standards.
Waste oil to diesel distillation process workflow
The process design of DOING waste oil to diesel distillation production line working improves thermal efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The waste oil to diesel conversion rate is as high as 85%, and the catalyst is reusable, reducing operating costs.
