Raw Material

The suitable raw materials of DOING continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant can be polythene, polypropylene(PP), polystyrene(PS), Polyethylene(PE, including HDPE/LDPE), ABS, mixed plastic waste, paper mill scrap residue, used agricultural plastic mulch film, plastic products processing scrap, etc.

For Pure PP, PE, PS, ABS, the oil yield can be over 90%, but for mixed common plastic, the oil yield is usually from 30% to 50%, for paper mill scrap, the oil yield is 30% for wet paper mill, 60% for dry paper mill.

The entire process efficiently converts waste plastics into products such as fuel oil, syn-gas and carbon black, while simultaneously achieving gas purification and energy recovery.

Feeding and Pretreatment

Waste plastics first undergo dehydration and crushing pretreatment to reduce moisture content and size for easier transport. The treated plastic particles are continuously and stably fed into the reactor through a sealed auger feeding system, ensuring the equipment operates in a closed, oxygen-free environment.

Plastic Pyrolysis Reaction
The continuous plastic pyrolysis reactor is heated by an external burner or spray gun. When the internal temperature gradually rises to 160°C-320°C, the plastic pyrolysis and decomposition stages begin, and plastic oil gas is released. The pyrolysis process are carried out at oxygen-free conditions.

Oil Gas Condensation and Plastic Oil Collection
High-temperature oil gas sequentially pass through a multi-stage cooling system. After liquefaction, the plastic pyrolysis oil flows into finished product tanks for storage. This process, through optimized cooling area and flow channel design, ensures that over 90% of the oil and gas is fully condensed.

Gas Purification and Energy Recovery
Uncondensed non-condensable gas is treated by the desulfurization and deodorization system and then returned to the reactor for combustion and heating, achieving energy recycling. The flue gas generated from pyrolysis undergoes desulfurization and denitrification treatment through alkaline absorption towers and flue gas purification towers before being discharged, reducing environmental pollution.

Continuous Slag Discharge

The carbon black slag discharge system (such as a bidirectional spiral slag discharger) continuously discharges carbon black in a closed system, avoiding secondary pollution. The collected carbon black can be reused as an industrial raw material.
