DOING ECO signed a contract in September 2026 with a client investing in Kenya, to supply two 15T/D tire pyrolysis plants and one 15T/D waste oil distillation plant. The order combines tire pyrolysis with on-site oil refining, and the client's central requirement is clear: the refined diesel can run reliably in generators.

DOING ECO waste tire to diesel pyrolysis & distilllation plants
The client is an Iranian national who runs a company in the Netherlands, bringing international investment experience to a new project in Kenya. The decision to enter tire pyrolysis and oil distillation there was driven by a read on the local market and a working relationship with Kenyan government bodies, which makes the venture easier to launch. That backing also raised the bar on equipment: the client expects consistent performance and output oil that meets a defined quality standard, not just a machine that runs.
The client's single most important question was practical — can the distilled diesel be used in generators? The answer decides whether the whole refining step is worth building.
DOING ECO's response was an integrated line: two 15T/D tire pyrolysis plants feed crude pyrolysis oil into one 15T/D waste oil distillation plant. The design controls oil quality from the pyrolysis step through to the final distilled product, rather than treating distillation as a separate afterthought.
During technical exchange, the DOING ECO team addressed the generator-diesel question with concrete material: technical parameters for the distillation plant, oil analysis reports showing the treated oil's properties, and references from previous installations where the output was used as fuel. Those documents are what moved the discussion forward.
Tire pyrolysis plants. Each 15T/D tire pyrolysis plant processes waste tires in an oxygen-free chamber, breaking them down into pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and steel wire. The oil is the feedstock for distillation; the carbon black and steel wire are recovered as separate products.

Applications of waste tire pyrolysis plant final products
Waste oil distillation plant. The 15T/D waste oil distillation plant takes the crude pyrolysis oil and purifies it — removing impurities, gum, and light fractions — to raise the oil to a distillate grade. This is the step that answers the client's core concern. The distillation process lifts key indicators such as flash point and cetane number to levels suited for generator combustion, so the final diesel can be used as on-site power fuel.

DOING ECO waste oil distillation plant non-standard diesel usages
| Equipment | Function in the client's project |
| Two 15T/D tire pyrolysis plants | Convert waste tires into crude pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire |
| One 15T/D waste oil distillation plant | Refine crude oil into generator-grade diesel |
| Combined line | Crude-to-diesel control from source to finished product |
The path to the contract ran through two visits. In May, the client's technical team made a first inspection, reviewing DOING ECO's manufacturing and technical setup. In September, the investor returned for a second visit, going through the technical details and the project plan in depth — and paid on the day of that visit.
Three things decided the choice. DOING ECO answered questions promptly, which the client noted as efficient communication. The technical liaison was professional, giving accurate, detailed replies to the generator-diesel question. And the factory and company scale, seen firsthand, gave the client confidence in DOING ECO's manufacturing and engineering strength.

DOING ECO waste tire pyrolysis and distillation plants supplier services
The two 15T/D tire pyrolysis plants and the 15T/D waste oil distillation plant have entered DOING ECO's production schedule and will be delivered to the client's Kenya project. Once in operation, the line is set to supply generator-grade diesel for the client’s new investment.
