During the process little energy is required to run the pyrolysis plant. Once the plant is running the plant will use its own off-gas to heat the reactor. And there is dedusting system to remove the ash and waste to guarantee the purify of the gas. The whole pyrolysis process is sealed. As usual there is a carbon black discharging system to discharge the carbon black. So there will no waste solid discharged to the environment. The pyrolysis plant will generate no pollution to the environment.
