The Fijian client, a local manufacturer specializing in corrugated cardboard, packaging, and labeling, generates substantial amounts of waste plastics and scrap materials daily. Additionally, they are responsible for managing all waste tires produced in the region. In 2023, seeking an effective solution for waste disposal, the Fijian client discovered DOING tire and plastic pyrolysis projects online and initiated contact.
Tire plastic to diesel recycling solution in worldwide
During communications with DOING business manager, the Fijian client emphasized that Fiji has extremely strict requirements for industrial environmental protection—especially for exhaust gas emissions during tire and plastic-to-diesel processing, which must fully comply with local environmental standards.
To build confidence in our technology and ensure compliance, the business manager invited the Fijian client to visit an operating site of DOING fully automatic continuous tire pyrolysis plant in China in April 2023. On-site, the Fijian client witnessed the clean working environment and the approved Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) results, which fully recognized DOING technology and environmental protection measures. This on-site inspection laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the cooperation.

Upon returning to Fiji, the client promptly began securing the necessary permits and approvals. Although obtaining the local environmental assessment permit proved challenging, DOING provided comprehensive support throughout the process, enabling the Fijian client to successfully acquire this critical license. Following this achievement, the Fijian client finalized the agreement with DOING, ordering 1 set of 10 TPD batch plastic pyrolysis plant, 1 set of 10TPD batch tire pyrolysis plant and 1 set of 10TPD pyrolysis oil distillation plant.
Considering that the Fijian client needs to process complex types of waste plastic, which may cause wax deposition, pipe blockage and pressure rise during the pyrolysis process, DOING specially added a catalytic tower and a dewaxing tank to the equipment configuration. These customized components effectively prevent potential operational issues, ensuring efficient and stable operation of the plastic pyrolysis process.

In May 2024, Henan DOING completed the production of the entire set of tire, plastic pyrolysis and pyrolysis oil distillation plant, which was then shipped to Fiji as scheduled. In line with the client's plan, DOING dispatched a professional engineer team to Fiji in January 2025 to provide on-site guidance for plant installation. With the joint efforts of both parties, the plant was successfully installed and commissioned, meeting the pre-set operational requirements.
The successful installation of this project realizes one-stop processing of waste tires and plastic into non-standard diesel, greatly improving the added value of waste resources.
