In December, 2021, two 50-ton-per-day continuous waste tire pyrolysis plants were successfully installed and commissioned for a client in Chongqing, China, with guidance from DOING's service engineers. The two tire-to-oil production lines are now running smoothly.

This project marks the second collaboration between Henan Doing Group and this Chinese client, supporting their transition toward automated, intelligent waste tyre recycling to fuel oil production and creating a new revenue stream.
The client first partnered with Doing Group in 2017 with a 12 TPD batch tire pyrolysis plant. Over four years, that machine continued to operate reliably and delivered strong economic returns. Throughout this period, our team maintained regular follow-ups, monitored production performance, and provided timely technical support—a service commitment highly valued by the Chinese client.
With growing government support for environmentally friendly scrap tire recycling in China, the client decided to expand their operations. After learning about DOING's newly developed continuous tire pyrolysis plant, they visited our facility to compare technologies and review design details. The continuous pyrolysis system's advanced configuration, safety features, and uninterrupted production capability aligned well with their expansion needs.

Our engineering team then designed a customized 50 TPD continuous tire pyrolysis solution tailored to the client's site and waste tire processing requirements.
Once the equipment arrived on site, DOING dispatched engineers and installation specialists to oversee setup, commissioning, and trial operation. They resolved issues promptly to ensure a swift and smooth launch. We also provided systematic training for the client's operators to ensure correct and safe use of the continuous pyrolysis system.
