The DY-15 waste tire pyrolysis machine installed this time, in addition to the core pyrolysis reaction device, is also equipped with a complete auxiliary system. These systems include:
A hydraulic feeding device for efficient loading of waste tires;
A tire pretreatment unit, integrating steel ring separation and cutting functions, designed to optimize feeding efficiency and reactor space utilization;
A tubular condenser system responsible for efficiently condensing the oil and gas produced during the pyrolysis process into fuel oil;
A carbon black deep processing device, equipped with a carbon black briquetting machine, to enhance the application value of carbon black by-products;
And negative pressure safety devices and environmental protection devices, such as a tail gas desulfurization and deodorization tower and a flue gas desulfurization and denitrification tower, to ensure that the pyrolysis machine operates safely and environmentally friendly.
This set of DY-15 tire pyrolysis machine has a simple process design, small footprint, low investment and production costs, and can achieve effective recycling and value reuse of waste tires.

Pyrolysis Reaction Device: As the core of the pyrolysis machine, the pyrolysis reactor adopts a horizontal rotating furnace structure. A rotating propeller is installed inside to push the waste tires from the feeding port to the discharge port. The bottom has a furnace heating system that heats the furnace externally, allowing the internal temperature to reach the threshold required for waste tire pyrolysis. The oil and gas produced by pyrolysis are discharged through the outlet, and the carbon black is exported from the discharge port through a conveyor. This device adopts an integrated sealing design, using graphite packing and graphite gaskets to ensure that the entire pyrolysis process is carried out in a sealed state, effectively preventing gas leakage and improving pyrolysis efficiency.
Feeding Device: The equipped hydraulic feeding machine utilizes a 50-ton thrust to efficiently and effortlessly feed waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor. Typically, only two operators are needed to complete the tire feeding operation.

Tire Pre-treatment Device: To further improve pyrolysis efficiency and reactor space utilization, this project is equipped with a tire steel ring separator and a tire cutting and deburring machine. The steel ring separator effectively separates the steel wires from the tire beads, while the cutting and deburring machine cuts the waste tires into strips or blocks, significantly increasing the actual loading capacity of the pyrolysis reactor.
Condensing Device: A shell-and-tube condensing system is used, consisting of a vertical condenser, a horizontal condenser, an oil-water separator, and a condensing tower. The dense contact between multiple pipes and cooling water greatly increases the contact area between the oil and gas and the cooling medium, thus achieving sufficient condensation of the oil and gas and efficient liquefaction into fuel oil. The condensing area can be optimized according to site conditions and oil and gas output, and is supplemented by a circulating water cooling pool to ensure good cooling effect and high condensation efficiency.

Carbon Black Deep Processing Device: To expand the application range of carbon black by-products, the customer ordered a carbon black briquetting machine. By adding a binder to the pyrolyzed carbon black and thoroughly mixing it, the briquetting machine compresses it into spherical shapes, allowing it to be directly used as industrial fuel, replacing traditional coal briquettes.

Negative Pressure Safety Device and Environmental Protection Device: To prevent potential safety risks caused by high-temperature oil and gas coming into contact with air, the pyrolysis machine is equipped with a negative pressure vacuum device, which can effectively extract residual oil and gas from the reactor, ensuring safe operation when the furnace door is opened. To meet local Kenyan exhaust emission standards, the DY-15 tire pyrolysis machine integrates environmental protection devices such as a tail gas desulfurization and deodorization tower and a flue gas desulfurization and denitrification tower to deeply purify the generated exhaust gas.

The DY-15 waste tire pyrolysis machine adopts advanced low-temperature pyrolysis technology to convert waste tires into valuable products, including fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and combustible gas. The construction factory of our Kenyan client has a significant demand for fuel energy. The fuel oil produced by this project has a high calorific value and can replace diesel for industrial heating, significantly reducing energy costs. At the same time, the pyrolysis carbon black has a calorific value comparable to coal, and after being compressed into briquettes, it can be used for the factory's heating needs, providing the client with a more cost-effective solution.
