1. Feeding.
Use an automatic feeder to send waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor;
2. Heating pyrolysis reactor.
Use fuel to heat pyrolysis reactor, when the temperature reaches about 160 ℃, oil gas will produce.
3. Cooling oil gas.
The oil gas can be cooled down into fuel oil through the three-stage cooling system and enter the oil tank for collection;
4. Tail gas cleaning.
Part of the uncondensable but combustible tail gas can be collected to heat the pyrolysis reactor after being processed by the tail gas cleaning system;
5. Smoke cleaning.
The smoke generated during the fuel combustion process can meet the national gas emission standards after being processed by the smoke cleaning system, and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment after being discharged;
6. Collecting carbon black.
After the pyrolysis reaction is over, the carbon black can be collected after the temperature of the pyrolysis reactor drops to about 40 degrees;
