1. Waste tire plastic shredding machine (optional devices)
In order to be able to feed and pyrolysis continuously, the fully continuous pyrolysis system has certain requirements for the feed size of the raw materials. Usually, we cannot convey the whole tire or waste plastic, but pre-crush the raw materials to make them in the form of rubber powder or granules. The whole waste pre-treatment shredding system may include tire cutting/shredding/grinding machine, plastic crushing machine.

2. Feeding system
The fully continuous pyrolysis system uses a screw-sealed feeding auger to feed the rubber powder/crushed plastic into the reactor. The feeding speed of feeder can be set to control the whole process in an orderly manner.
3. Pyrolysis reactor
The pyrolysis reactor is the core part of the fully continuous pyrolysis system. The pyrolysis of waste tires/plastic takes place in the pyrolysis reactor. DOING fully continuous pyrolysis system has double pyrolysis reactors, which can guarantee the completely pyrolyzed of raw materials and oil gas conversation rate. There is a special system inside the pyrolysis reactor. The rubber powder/crushed plastic can be delivered and complete the pyrolysis process from front to the end, and the oil gas and carbon black come out automatically.

4. Cooling system
It adapts the latest condensation technology. The oil gas passes through two devices before entering the condenser. First, the oil gas passes through the catalytic chamber. Then, the oil gas passes through the buffer condenser. In order to prevent a large amount of oil gas from directly entering the condenser and ensure the safety of the device, part of the oil gas is cooled so that oil can be taken at this position. After that, four sets of condensers to completely cool the oil and gas into liquid oil, and the condensation effect is very good.
5. Slag discharge system
A screw conveyor was designed to connect the slag discharge at the end of the reactor. There is a circulating water cooling layer outside the screw conveyor, which can cool the discharged carbon black and avoid high temperature damage to the slag discharge device.
6. Odor disposal system
It is a patented system designed by DOING Group to remove odorous pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide contained in exhaust fumes before burning.

7. Smoke desulfurization system
The smoke generated by fuel combustion is removed by the smoke desulfurization system, which can remove dust and sulfur compounds and meet the air pollution emission standards.
